RESOLUTION TO APPROVE EXTENSION OF PERMIT FOR
TEMPORARY HABITATION OF A TRAILER FOR ONE
ADDITIONAL SIX-MONTH PERIOD
WHEREAS, a request for temporary habitation of a trailer
for the six month period from May, 1983 to October, 1983,
in accordance with Chapter 12.10 of the Municipal Code,
has been submitted by Simandl's Gardens Galore, W191 59475
Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, this permit would be an extension of the permit
issued for a 6 month period in 1982, at which time an
be adequate, and
inspection of the sanitary facilities was made and found to
WHEREAS, the six month renewal fee of $50.00 has been paid, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request and
has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby approve the request submitted by Simandl's Gardens
Galore, W191 S9475 Racine Avenue, for an extension of the
permit for temporary habitation of a trailer for one additional
six month period from May, - 1983 to October, 1983. c
