AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH
FORMAL OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED LOT
(Parcel #2 - Fairfield Dr. - Willms)
WHEREAS, on July 13. 1982, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego-adopted- Resolution #136-82, entitled Authorizing the
Sale of City-Owned Property, and
WHEREAS, one of the parcels offered for $20,000.00 by the City
is located on Fairfield Dr. (Parcel #2), and
WHEREAS, on February 24, 1983, the City received an informal
offer to purchase the above lot in the amount of $20,000.00
from Thomas Willms, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
the offer after review by the City Attorney.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the city attorney to contact the buyer
to prepare the necessary formal offer to ourchase Parcel #2 on

Fairfield Drive, the buyer being Thomas Willns, in the amount
