ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED LOT
(Parcel 11 - Fairfield Dr. - Rodey)
WHEREAS, the City Of Muskego has received an offer to
purchase Lot No, 1, Fairfield Drive, From Stephen w, and
Joan M. Rodey in the amount of $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee subject to review by the city attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the concept of the
Offer to Purchase Lot #l, Fairfield Drive, in the amount
Of $20,000.00 from Stephen W. and Joan M. Rodey, subject to the review of the City Attorney and does hereby direct
him to prepare a counter offer in accordance with the
expressed desires of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in
the name of the "City. n n

subject to review by the City Attorney.
