ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED LOT
(Parcel #3 - Fairfield Dr. - Potters)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to
purchase Lot No. 3, Fairfield Drive, From Brian C. and
Nancy A. Potters in the amount of $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said offer has been recommended by the Finance
Committee subject to review by the city attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the concept of the
Offer to Purchase Lot #3, Fairfield Drive, in the amount
of $20,000.00 from Brian C. and Nancy A. Potters, subject
to the review of the City Attorney and does hereby direct
him to prepare a counter offer in accordance with the
expressed desires of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
the name of the City.
