AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF SEWER UTILITY FUNDS
FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN ACQUIRING DEMSHAR EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council in Resolution #216-82, accepted the concept of an offer of $1,250.00 to obtain
a sewer easement through the Steven Schuler property to
provide access to the City's sewer system for the Anthony
Demshar property, and
WHEREAS, the funds were to come from TID ill, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the funds come from the Sewer Utility Fund.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the expenditure of
$1,250.00 for the Schuler easement from the Sewer Utility
Fund.
