NECESSARY ACTION TO ACQUIRE BASS BAY
DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE
SEWER EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved the amended project
plan of TIF District No. 4,which included the Bass Bay
Sewer Project, and
proceed with this project it will be necessary to obtain
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have advised that in order to
easements, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
necessary easements be obtained.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Attorney to
prepare the necessary easements for the Bass Bay Sewer Project
with funds to come from TID #4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the acquisition of said easements
be subject to Plan Commission approval.
