RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MANHOLE REHABILITATION
WORK, WITH EXCEPTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has become involved in a
Manhole Rehabilitation Project with 60 percent to be
paid by the State of Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, the project has now been completed and
inspected, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that several of the
need a new finish asphalt layer, and
locations need to be re-worked in that they
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committe has recommended the
and,
acceptance of the manhole rehabilitation work, with exceptions,
WHEREAS, the city's engineers have advised the contractor
as to which manoles must be re-worked,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby accept the Manhole Rehabilitation
Project with the following exceptions that nuud u new finish
asphalt layer and landscaping: -
