AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR CULVERT REPLACEMENTS
(TID #2)
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended certain
culvert replacements in Tax Incremental District No. 2, and
WHEREAS, funds for this purpose have been included in the
Amended Project Plan for TID #2.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby approve the expenditure of funds from
TID #2 for the following culvert replacements, not to exceed
a total of $82,000.00:
- Tess Comers, south of S .T.H. 24 $38,000.00
- Tess Corners Dr. east of Cornel1 Dr. $24.000.00

$82,000.00
