ARPXC%L/DISAPPROVAL~APPEALING.THE;COURT'S DECISION
(Covenant LivingLCenter)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the court's
decision and order disallowing Claim #128 of the City of
Muskego against the estate of Covenant Living Center, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has directed the City
Attorney to request a 20 day extension, and
WHEREAS, this matter has been reviewed in closed session
by the Common Council as a whole.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby -/disapprove appealing
the court's decision and order disallowing Claim 8128 of
the City of Muskego against the estate of Covenant Living
Center.
