AUTHORIZING REFUND OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
TO FIRST NATIONAL LEASING CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City Assessor has recommended that First
National Leasing Corporation be refunded $406.05 which
is the amount paid by them to the city for their 1981
Personal Property Tax Statement #PF002, and
WHEREAS, this refund has been recommended because the
personal property tax was charged in error and documents
to substantiate this claim are on file in the Assessor’s
office, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this claim
and has recommended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby direct the City Clerk-Comptroller
to refund to First National Leasing Corporation the
amount of $406.05 which was charged in error and documents
to substantiate this claim are on file in the City
Assessor’s office.
