DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE
NECESSARY STEPS TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS (Lembezeder/Gold Dr.)
WHEREAS, the Cmon Council has ap roved the Amended Project
Plan for Tax Incremental District 7 15, which includes storm drainage projects , and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have advised that in order to proceed with the Lembezeder/Gold Drive Drainage Project it will be necessary to obtain certain easements, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works committee and Plan Cmission have
recommended the acquisition of the necessary easements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Attorney to acquire the necessary easements for the Lembe-
Committee and Plan Commission, do hereby authorize the City
TID 85. zeder/Gold Drive Drainage Project, with funds to come from
