within described public improvement project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with
Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes;
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines tllat it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct a permanent watercourse
drainage system as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "A";

3. That said permanent watercourse drainage system will be
built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation
Order as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein;
4. That the site of said permanent watercourse drainage
0 system is contained in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein;
that legal descriptions to said site are attached hereto, made a
part hereof and marked Exhibit "B-1" through "B-5";
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent
watercourse drainage easement and a temporary construction easement
for drainage watercourse improvements as indicated on Exhibit "A"
and "B-1" through "B-5".
