APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Woods Road Lift Station)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a One parcel division of the John and Richard
Zalewski property at the intersection of Sandy Beach Drive
and Woods Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS the City proposes to acquire this property for the
purpose of constructing the Woods Road Lift Station, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve
the certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of the John and Richard Zalewski property at the intersec-
tion of Sandy Beach Drive and Woods Road in the SE 114 of
Section 10.
