AUTHORIXING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF PARK EQUIPMENT ( TIF DIST. #1)

WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. One has been approve by the Common Council,
and
WHEREAS, the purchase of park equipment was included in
this project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Capital Budget Committee has determined that
park equipment should be purchased with TIF funds, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Ffuskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF
exceed $20,000.00 ($10,000.00 each) and one demonstrator
funds for the purchase of two diesel tractors not to
$1,895.00, from TID #l.
