AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR PURCHASE
(TIF DISTRICT NO. 7)
OF PHOTO LAB EQUIPMENT FOR THE POLICE DEPT.
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. 7 has been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the purchase of police equipment was included in
this project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Capital Budget Committee has determined that
photo lab equipment for the police department should be
purchased with TIF funds, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds for the
purchase of photo lab equipment for the police department
from TID #7, not to exceed $3,000.00.
