AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF RADAR
UNITS FOR THE POLICE DEPT. (TIF DISTRICTS NOS. 1 and 3)
WHEREAS, the projectplans for Tax Incremental Financing
Districts No. 1 and 3 have been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the purchase of police equipment was included in these
project plans, and
WHEREAS, the Capital Budget Committee has determined that
four radar units should be purchased with TIF funds, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
purchase of four radar units; not to exceed $10,000.00, with
does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds for the
$5,000.00 from TID #1 and $5,000.00 from TID #3.
