APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Glenn Pellmann
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Glenn Pellmann
property on Woods Road in the NW 114 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Comission, does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize the one parcel division of the Glenn Pellmann
property in the NW 114 of Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu
of park dedication. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
