RESOLUTION PROHIBITING SMOKING AT ANY PUBLIC
MEETING HELD IN THE CITY HALL
WHEREAS, a majority of the members of the Common Council
of the City of Muskego have previously indicated their
wish to disCOurQge smoking at public meetings in the City
Hall, and
WHEREAS, a resolution previously adopted to prohibit
smoking was vetoed by the Mayor, and
WHEREAS, since, in accordance with the Mayor's suggestion,
discussions have been held at committee level and an
ordinance regarding this matter is now pending,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that until an ordinance banning
smokinu can be ncted upon that by this roeolution, the
meeting held in the City Hall.
Common Council does hereby prohibit smoking at any public
