AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
SOUTH DENOON ROAD DRAINAGE PROJECT (DIST. NO. 1)
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. One has been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the South Denoon Road Drainage Project was included
in that project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds for the
South Denoon Road Drainage Project from TID #l, not to exceed
$1,200.00.
