ACTION TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS FOR MEADOWDALE DRAINAGE PROJECT
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE NECESSARY
WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved the expenditure of
TIF funds for the Meadowdale Subdivision Drainage Project, and
WHEREAS, funds for this project are to be taken from TID #3, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have advised that in order to
proceed with this project it will be necessary to obtain ease-
ments, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
necessary easements be obtained.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee,
easements for the Meadowdale Subdivision Drainage Project.
