AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
FOR MEADOWDALE SUBDIVISION DRAINAGE PROJECT (TID #3)
a
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing
District No. Three has been approved by the Common Council,
and
WHEREAS, the Meadowdale Subdivision Drainage Project was
included in that project plan, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the expenditure of TIF funds for the
Meadowdale Subdivision Drainage Project from TID #,3, not to
exceed $240,000.00.
