AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS FOR
STEP I11 GRANTS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has completed it's Facilities
Planning to eliminate the Northeast and Northwest District
Wastewater Treatment Facilities, and
WHEREAS, an interceptor, lift stations and force mains
are required to eliminate the wastewater treatment facilities,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes to maximize the use of
Federal and State Grants to complete the project.
WHEREAS, the City must file applications for any grant
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to act
as the official representative for executing the necessary
documents to apply for and receive said grants.
