CCR1983001RESOLUTION #1-83 (As Amended) AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE THE NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK LAND .. WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Committee has requested the City Attorney .to negotiate with the owners of the prop- erties in the area of the proposed expansion of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and .WEREAS, the land the Industrial Development Committee is interested in is directly south of the existing Industrial Park as follows: Loomis Enterprises - 20.45 acres Wallner - 54.84 acres DsBack - 15.61 acres 90.90 acres end WHEREAS, funds for the expenditure of this land are to be taken from TIF District No. Seven, and WHEREAS, in order to proceed with this project certain legal procedures need to be followed. 7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Industrial Development Committee, does hereby authorize the city attorney to take the initial action that is necessary to proceed with the possible purchase of 3 parcels-of-land directly south of the existing Industrial Park as follows: / Loomis Enterprises - 20.45 acres Wallner - 54.84 acres DeBack - 15.61 acres 90.90 acres A DATED THIS /,/FA DAY OF , 1983. v Mayor Wayne G.
