APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE PROTECTION & REHABILITATION
DISTRICT (Re: Weed Harvesters)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that an agreement
shore conveyor owned by the City of Muskego be drafted for approval
relating to the leasing of two (2) weed harvesters and one (1)
District and the city, and
between the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
WHEREAS, such an agreement has been drafted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby approve of the attached agreement as it relates
to two city-owned weed harvesters and one shore conveyor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute said agreement in t name of the city.
