APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSOCIATED
HOSPITAL SERVICE, INC. & THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0
(Dental Coverage)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to renew the agreement with Associated
Hospital Service, Inc. whereby they will provide to the employees
of the city certain benefits relating to dental needs at his
or her own expense, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the agreement
be approved,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
a group enrollment agreement between Associated Hospital
Service, Inc. and the City of Muskego whereby certain dental
benefits will be provided to employees of the city at his or
her expense.
