RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
THE COPlPlON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity, in
accordance with sections 32.06(1) and 32.07(2), Wisconsin
Statutes, relating to the within-described public
improvement project;
2. That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for the
City of Muskego to create an addition to Lake Meadows public
park for the public purpose of improving the public park in
the City of Muskego;
3. That it is also necessary, in the futherance of the above
stated public purpose, for the City to acquire the fee title
to the following described real estate for said new park:
The South % of the Southeast k of the Northwest k of
Section 31, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin.
4. That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation in
accordance with Chapter 32, Wisconsin Statutes, if
necessary, the above-described interest in the above
described real estate from the record owners thereof, who
presently are Roland Haut and Dorothy Haut, and from
any and all other persons or entities who may have a record
interest in said real estate.
