FOR PAYMENT OF CROP DAMAGE IN CITY'S PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL PARK
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
0 WHEREAS, the project plans for Tax Increment District No. 7
have been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, funds in that project provided for expenditures relating
to the expansion of the city's present industrial park, and
WHEREAS, on June 8, 1982, the Common Coucil authorized a study
by Mooney and Associates to conduct a study to determine the cost
of expanding the industrial park from 90 to 120 acres at a cost
not to exceed $20,000.00, and
WHEREAS, in order to complete the study it was necessary to
have soil testing equipment and trucks enter upon the lands
involved, and
WHEREAS, five acres of standing corn on the property owned by
Ray Wallner and leased by the Scholbe Farms and one-half acre
of corn were destroyed on the DeBack Frams property, and
WHEREAS, claims have been received in the amount of $197.25 from
the DeBack Farms and $1,437.50 from the Scholbe Farms, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended payment of said
claims,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the payment of claims in the amount of $197.25
to the DeBack Farms and $1,437.50 to the Scholbe Farms.

j BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said funds are to be taken from TIF
District No. 7.
