AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
AGRICULTURAL IMPACT STUDY
(TIF District No. One)
WHEREAS, the project plan for Tax Increment Financing
District No. One has been approved by the Common Council,
and

WHEREAS, funds in that project provided for expenditures
relating to additional land acquisition for park purposes,
and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of October, the Common Council
authorized the city attorney to take the initial action
that is necessary to proceed with the possible purchase
of a parcel of land adjacent to the existing park land
area of Lake Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the city has been advised that in order to continue
with this project an Agricultural Impact Study at a cost not
to.emceed $1,000.00 must be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the expenditure not to exceed $1,000.00 for an
Agricultural Impact Study in order to proceed with the possible
purchase of a parcel of land adjacent to the existing park land
area of Lake Meadows Subdivision
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this project be taken
from TIF District No. One.
