JANSEN DEVELOPMENT FOR FINANCING CONTINGENCY
GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, on the 14th
day of September, 1982, adopted the appropriate resolutions
indicating the City's intent to issue industrial revenue bonds

in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 for Jansen Development
WHEREAS, the Common Council on September 28, 1982 granted an
extension of 30 days to Jansen Development Co. to extend the
the offer to purchase and,
financing contingency time limit and the third contingency of
WHEREAS, Jansen Development Co. has requested another extension
to December 30, 1982 to meet the financing contingency time
limit, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the request
of Jansen Development Co. be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant an extension to December 30, 1982 for Jansen
Development Co. to extend the financing contingency time limit
and the third contingency of the offer to purchase.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
