AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO GIVE THE CITY'S APPROVAL
M THE MODIFIED PLAN OF THE RE-ORGANIZATION SUBMITTED
BY THE TRUSTEE OF COVENANT LIVING CENTER
WEEAS, the trustee of Covenant Living Centers has submitted
the modified plan for its re-organization, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the city to vote in
favor of said re-organization plan
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the
necessary documents to vote for the modified plan of the re-
organization as submitted by the trustee of Convenant Living
Centers.
