RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SEWER ASSESSMENT ROLL
OF DISTRICT "M" ,
(Bostater and DeBack)
0. a WHEREAS, on July 29, 1982, the Sewer Committee received a request
from Mr. Arthur Bostater and Mr. Harold DeBack to transfertheamount
of sewer ssessment for 250.96 feetof land on Hacine Ave. which
Mr.. Boastater is selling to Mr. DeBack, and

' WEREAS, the total assessment on the property in question is
a deferred assessment, and
WHEREAS, the front foot assessment in that area was $16.17 per
foot and reflects a total amount of $4,058.02 to be transferred
name of Harold DeBack (Tax Key U2267.999) in the city's sewer
frm the name of Arthur Bostater (Tax Key U2287.998) to the
assessment rolls, and -
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that said transfer
be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
does hereby authorize the City Clerk-Comptroller to transfer the
mount of the $4,058.02 deferred sewer assessment from the name
of Arthur Bostater (Tax Key U2298.998) to the name of Harold
DeBack (Tax Key U2287.999) in the sewer assessment roll of
District "M" (Lake Denoon area).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said transfer shall be made subject
to the receipt of recorded transfer of property from the Register
of Deeds Office and the consummation of the sale of the property.
