APPROVAL OF A FENCE IN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Stuckart - Durham and Dartmouth)

WHEREAS, Thomas Stuckart, S70 W14832 Dartmouth Circle, has
requested permission to maintain a split rail fence within
Circle and Durham Drive, and
the City of Muskego's right-of-way on the corner of Dartmouth
WHEREAS, Mr. Stuckart has submitted an Agreement stating that
widened, he would agree to removal of the fence at his own
in the event either Durham Drive and/or Dartmouth Circle are
expense, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reviewed this request
and has recommended approval.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant permission to Thomas Stuckart,
570 W14832 Dartmouth Circle, to maintain a split rail fence
within the City of Muskego's right-of-way on the corner of
Dartmouth Circle and Durham Drive, subject to the recording
of the Agreement stating that in the event either Durham Drive
and/or Dartmouth Circle are widened, he would remove the fence
at his own expense.
