md thi8 matter to the Common Council.without recommendation,
WHEILEAS, the terms of a re-written contract and permit
are included in the attached document,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Coucil of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Ha90r and Clerk to execute the attached document in the name of
the city, subject to the amount of $15,000 per year be
included as a permit fee for the life of the existing landfill site.
