EXTENSION OF SEWER MORATORIUM IN THE
NORTHEAST DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on May 11, 1982, the Common Council declared a
moratorium on major developments in the Northeast Sewer
District, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council had determined that any sub-
stantial increase in the flow caused by large developments
could have an adverse affect on the welfare of the
community, and
WHEREAS, it was determined that the need for a continuation
of this moratorium would be reviewed in six months, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has reviewed the sewer
moratorium and felt that it should be extended until the
spring of 1983 to allow a full year's experience under the
moratorium.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
