DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
(Lot 1, Block 8, Muskego Shores - Kivela)

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned by,Betty Kivela for determination of the status
of Lot 1, Block 8, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the request because this lot is not compatible with other
corner lots in the immediate area, the neighbors in the area
were opposed to the request, and there was no hardship as a
willing buyer for the property was available.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Commission, does hereby deny the request of Betty Kivela for
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
because this lot is not compatible with other corner lots in
legal status of Lot 1, Block 8, Muskego Shores Subdivision,
the immediate area, the neighbors in the area are opposed to
the request, and there is no hardship as a willing buyer
for the property is available.
