APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (Arthur Thiesenhusen)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Cmon Council for a one parcel division of the Arthur
Thiesenhusen property on College Avenue in the NE 1/4 of
Section 4, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a one parcel division of the Arthur Thiesenhusen property
on College Avenue in the NE 1/4 of Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
