GRANTING A CLASS "A" FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE
LICENSE TO OPEN PANTRY FOOD MARTS
OF WISCONSIN, INC.
(Tesscone, Inc.)
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1982, the city received an application
for a Class "A" Fermented Malt Beverage License from Tesscone,
Inc. (Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin) to be located
at S66 W14501 Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, at their meeting held on
September 28, 1982, raised the quota of Class "A" Fermented
Malt Beverage Licenses from nine to ten, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a Class "A"
Fermented Malt Beverage License be granted to Tesscone, Inc.
(Open Pantry Foods Marts of Wisconsin).
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant a Class !'A'' Fermented Malt Beverage License
be located at S66 W14501 Janesville Road.
