AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS TO COMPLETE
A PORTION OF THE TESS CORNERS DRAINAGE PROJECT
(TIF Dist. #2)
WHEREAS, the project plans for TIF Dist. No. Two have been
approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, funds in those plans included a storm drainage
project in the Tess Corners area, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the last segment of
the Fountainwood ditch be completed with the installation
of 1,000 feet of concrete invert extended to the Tess
Corners Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this
of $10,000.00 to be taken from TIF District No. Two,
project be completed with the use of funds in the amount
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of
wood drainage ditch by installing 1,000 feet of concrete
$10,000.00 to complete the last segment of the Fountain-
invert extending to the Tess Corners Creek.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this project be
taken from TIF District No. Two.
