EXTENDING JANITORIAL SERVICE CONTRACT

WHEREAS, the city presently has a contract with Michels
Cleaning Service for janitorial service in the city hall-
library and police building, and
WHEREAS, the present contract was executed in May, 1982
and would expire in May of 1983, and
WHEREAS, it would be more advantageous to the city to
have the contract coincide with the budget year, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended and Michels
December 31, 1983 with no increase in fees,
Cleaning Service has agreed to extend the contract to
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby extend the contract between the

city and Michels Cleaning Service to December 31, 1983
