AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF NEW TWO-WAY RADIO FOR
NEW HIGHWAY TRUCK
(TIF Dist. #1)
been approved by the Comon Council, and
WHEREAS, funds in those plans included projects for the
Public Works Department and to carry out those projects
it was necessary to purchase a new highway truck, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a two-way radio installed
in the new truck, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
a two-way radio be purchased and installed in the new truck
in an amount not to exceed $ 750.00 with the funds to be
taken from TIF District No. One,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby authorize the purchase and
installation of a two-way radio for the new highway truck
in an amount not to exceed $ 750.00 with the funds to
be taken from TIF District No. One.
WHEREAS, the project plans for TIF District No. One have
DATED THIS DAY OF , 1982.
