GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO JANSEN DEVELOPMENT
FOR FINANCING CONTINGENCY
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, on the
resolutions indicating the city's intent to issue industrial
14th day of September, 1982, adopted the appropriate
revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 for
Jansen Development Co., and
WEEREAS, Jansen Development Co. has requested an extension
of 30 days to meet the financing contingency time limit, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
request of Jansen Development Co. be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the reconmendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant an extension of 30 days to
Jansen Development Co. to extend the financing contingency
time limit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
of the city.
