APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the Common
perty located at W152 S9832 Thode Drive in the NW 114 of Section
Council for a one parcel division of the Joseph Smukowski pro-
26, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for ap-
proval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the certified survey map for a one parcel
division of the Joseph Smukowski property located at W152 S9832
Thode Drive in the NW 114 of Section 26, subject to the dedication
of a 30' wide strip for future road purposes along the southern
boundary of the parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for each parcel
created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu of
park dedication.
