ACCEPTANCE OF LOT BIDS FOR BLUHM PARK
BUILDING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has received the
attached bids for the construction of a shelter house
at Bluhm Park, -.

and
$38,264.00 (With alternate bid
of $495.00 for

$13,995.00
Electrical
$4,542.00
WHEREAS, monies have been provided in the 1980 capi.ta1 budget and funds are available from LAWCOWpark Dedication Fund and,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Park and Recreation
Board have recommended the above bids be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Comittee and the Park and Recreation Board, does hereby
accept the low bids of the following firms
Ray Anderson, Inc. $38,264.00 (Includes alternate bid of
General construction $495.00 for gutter and
downspout 1
J. M. Brennan Co.
Plumbing $13,995.00
Scopp Electric Co.
Electrical 4,542.00
for the construction of a shelter house at Bluhm Park.
