DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY
(T. J. Landscaping)
WHEREAS, T. J. Landscaping has petitioned the Common
Council to rezone that property south of S.T.H. 36 in the
SE 114 of Section 25 described below from R-3 (Country Home)
to B-4 (Highway Business):
Bgn. at center Section 25 Range 5 Town 20 North
easterly along the centerline of STH 36
1,337.38 ft. to the pt. of bgn., thence south
1,344.76 ft., thence east 430.65 ft., thence
north 1,344.76 ft. to the centerline of
Section 25, thence west 430.65 ft. along the
centerline to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that said
property be rezoned,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby authorize
the City Attorney to draft the necessary implementing
ordinance for the rezoning of the property south of S.T.H. 36
in the SE 114 of Section 25 described above from R-3 (Country
Home) to B-4 (Highway Business).
