REQUEST FOR ACCESS

STH 24 Big Bend-East County Line Road

the attached deed marked Exhibit "A",
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego owns the property described in
map which is marked Exhibit "B",
WHEREAS, the property in question is pictured on the attached
to any other road,
WHEREAS, said property fronts on Highway 24 and has no access

this resolution be adopted requesting access on Highway 24 which is

overlay district which allows for offices and special services, its present condition is landlocked but is zoned residential with an
assure the new owners that there would be access to Highway 24,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to sell said lot and be able to
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That for the reason stated above, the City of Muskego requests
would consist of the following described access to Highway 24 from
access from Highway 24 to the parcel stated above and the access
said parcel for driveway purposes:
Driveway to be placed anywhere on said property, exact
location to be determined by State Department of Trans-
portation
