RESOLUTION #171-82
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
THE NORTHEAST TREATMENT PLANT ROAD IMPROVEMENTL.
WHEREAS it has been determined that it is necessary to improve
Plant, and
the access road from McShane Drive to the Northeast Treatment
WHEREAS upon the request of Supt. Bertram, the Finance Committee
has recommended approval to place a gravel base and asphalt mat
on the road leading to the Northeast Treatment Plant from McShane
Drive, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that 27.83% of the project cost
would qualify for funds from Tax Incremental Districts 2 thru
7, and
WHEREAS Supt. of Public Works has estimated the project would
cost approximately $11,500.00.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the Public Works Department to proceed with
plans to place a gravel base and asphalt mat on the road leading
to the Northeast Treatment Plant from McShane Drive, with the
total project cost not to exceed $11,500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT 27.83% of the project cost shall
be taken from TIF Districts 2 thru 7, with the balance to be
charged to the Sewer Utility. -
