ESTABLISHING ANNUAL CHARGE TO LITTLE MUSKEG0
LIs(6 PROTECTION k WABILITATION DISTRICT FOR THE USE OF CITY HALL OFFICE EQUIPMENT (I SUPPLIES
WEREAS, it has been necessary for the Little Muskego Lake
Protection and Rehabilitation District to use office equipment
and a minimal amount of supplies from the city clerk's
office, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has requested the city be reimbursed
for such service and supplies and has estimated the approximate
coat would mount to $150.00 per year , and
be billed for $150.00 annually with 1982 to be prorated,
WEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the lake district
TMEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Yuskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby autborize.'the City Clerk-Comptroller to bill the
Little Yuskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District for
annually with 1982 being prorated.
