CCR1982165RESOLUTION #165-82 DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS (Ron Ford) a WREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been petitioned by Mr. Ron Ford for determination of his lot on Topaz Drive, just west of the Jewel Crest Subdivision, Tax Key No. 2174.978, .and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that legal status of this lot be denied because it is 53% of the required area, triangularly shaped and incompatible with the existing lots and building development in the immediate area of this RS-2 District. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby deny the request for legal lot status of the Ron Ford, Topaz Drive lot with Tax Key No. 2174.978 just west of the Jewel Crest Subdivision because this lot is 53% of the required area, triangularly shaped and incompatible with the existing lots and building development in the immediate area of his RS-2 District. a e\,-! b!B-" Ald.
