AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN APPRAISAL
LAND FOR LAKE MEADOWS PARK
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has requested two
owner, to determine the value of the Roland Haut property
appraisals be obtained, one by the City and one by the
to the west of the existing Lake Mqadows Park, and
WHEREAS, they are considering an addition to the park to
include 20 acres directly west of the existing parkland
with the possibility of an additional 10-15 acres south
of the 20 acre parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recornended that one
appraisal be obtained not to exceed $500.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and the
Clerk to obtain one appraisal of the Roland Haut property
for park purposes, not to exceed the amount of $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds to obtain this
appraisal shall be obtained from Tax Incremental District
No. 1.
