APPIIOVAL OF ADDITIONAL EWLOYE HOURS
CLERK'S OFFICE
a WHEREAS, the City Clerk has requested approval for the
parttime help in her office to work additional hours due
to an increase in the workload as itemized in her report
to the Finance Camittee, and
WEREAS. the Finance Committee has reviewed the request
of additional work hours.
and has recommended approval up to a maximum of $2,000.00
THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Yuekego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Comittee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk to increase
the hours of the parttime help in her office as needed,
not to exceed $2.000.00 of additional work hours which
include benefits. e
